HAPPY EASTER!

April 19, 2019

“REAL HELP COMES FROM GOD.” Psalm 3:8

1. HOPE. God cares deeply for you, and from start to finish He has a plan for your life. God sent His Son, Jesus, to rescue us. Those of us who have been stuck in depression or caught up in bad situations realize how great it is to be rescued and forgiven. Open your heart to Jesus today and let Him fill you with hope and anticipation for what He has ahead!

2. HELP. The Bible tells us that (1) inevitably we will have problems in this life, and (2) God will certainly work things out. Because of what Jesus did for us, we are not only saved, but we can have breakthrough. If you’re running low on hope, go to the Bible. If you are facing challenges, read the Book of Psalms. When you need wisdom, read the Book of Proverbs. To see Jesus’ faithful character, visit the Gospels (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John).

“For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

3. HEALING. God wants to heal hurts from the past and fill your heart with peace and hope. Even if you’ve messed up, you can repent and start fresh – right now. Jesus is alive and available to all who call on His Name, and He is reaching out to every person all the time. If you don’t know Him, let Him rescue you and give you a fresh start today.

God bless you!
Pastor Jeff

If you’ve never asked Jesus to come into your life, pray this prayer: God, I need You. I open my heart wide to You. I repent for my sin and I ask for Your forgiveness and mercy to come into my heart. I believe that Jesus truly is Your Son and that He died for my sins and rose from the dead. I receive Jesus as my Savior. Thank You for rescuing me, and thank You that You have a great plan for my life. Amen.
