BE ASSURED OF GOD’S LOVE

November 9, 2022

See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God.
1 John 3:1a

1. MEDITATE ON GOD’S LOVE FOR YOU. God loves you so much that He sent His Son, Jesus, to die for you. He rose from the dead and now lives to intervene on our behalf (Hebrews 7:25 AMP). God has a plan for your life that is as pertinent now as any of the Bible characters’ experiences. Read scriptures that remind you how much you are loved by God.

2. RESIST THE DEVIL’S LIES WITH GOD’S TRUTH. You are a carrier of the presence of God. We as ambassadors must be confident and secure of our citizenship, entitlement, and rights and privileges. The devil’s lies are not new, and demonic spirits work overtime to deceive. Jesus gave us the authority to resist and tread on the devil, but we must be deeply rooted in knowing what God says.

I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, I have drawn you with lovingkindness. Jeremiah 31:3b

3. REMEMBER HOW MUCH GOD LOVES THE WORLD. Jesus does not have compassion fatigue. He has the same love, same laser-sharp vision for the 2022 world as He did when He died on the cross. Let the truth of the Gospel change you. Dust off your testimony; dust off your dreams. What you’ve come through is powerful and gives you credibility. We must reach the lost and let the world know Jesus.

God loves you!

DAILY CONFESSION – based on Psalm 23
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
