Hebrews 10:24-25
“And let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and
good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the
habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as
you see the day [of Jesus’ return] drawing near.”
Going to church is God’s idea. While we’re there, we have the
opportunity to get equipped to live awesome, fruitful lives and
to serve others. God throws us all together with our porcupine
quills to learn and grow together. When we maintain the simple,
beneficial exercise of the Word, prayer, and staying in church,
then we’ll grow strong in the Lord!
If you don’t have a church or enjoy watching our livestreams, we
encourage you to visit us! Located in Chesterfield, Missouri,
St. Louis Family Church consists of all ages and walks of life.
What brings us together is a shared love for God and a desire to
help people. Our pastors, Jeff and Patsy Perry, have dedicated
their lives for the last 40 years to reaching out to the local
community and around the world, with the desire to serve God and
spread the love of Jesus.
If you’ve looked around our website or have visited our campus,
you have probably seen the words “Honor God, Help People.” When
Pastor Jeff and Pastor Patsy were in Bible school, Pastor Jeff
wrote these words in the back of his Bible: “Honor God and Help
People — that’s my primary job.” That has been our motto, goal,
and target ever since. Everything we do at St. Louis Family
Church is held up to that standard.
