Never Quit.
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, while we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of the faith. Galatians 6:9-10 We are created for good works. God is so good. He warns us about the burnout that can happen even while we are doing the very good works He has called us to. He doesn't want us to wear out or be exhausted or get overly stressed.

I'm encouraging you: Don't quit the walk of faith. No matter what the circumstances, no matter how you feel, no matter what the people around you do or don't do—stick it out. Hang on to Jesus and do not let go. There's more for you personally to do. There's more for us as a church. There's more for our time, for our generation.

You know, no one goes to the Father unless He draws them (John 6:44). God is drawing people. Down the street and all over the world people are in the valley of decision. I reckon they need to hear your voice. You might be the only person who can really communicate the true hope of Jesus to someone.

The world is tired of religious bigotry. It's exhausted by superficial ritual. It doesn't need our lingo or formats. It just needs us to be real. It needs us to be carriers of the presence of God. You can do it—you're designed for it. You might not feel like you are that great of a Christian, and that's probably good! We've all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). But, because of Jesus, God can use us anyway.

We need to stay strengthened and keep refueling for what lies ahead—tucked in tight to the Father, getting filled again and again in His presence—so we can pummel discouragement and let the love and hope of Jesus beam forth from our lives.

Press on and DO NOT QUIT!
