To The Nations: Light Up The Darkness.
Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon. Isaiah 58:10 NLT
God has a mission for each one of usa specific purpose to accomplish. You may have questioned why you exist, but know that God has a plan for your life. As you humble yourself and exchange your small plans for His great ones, you can walk through doors that God designed specifically for you.
You will help people that no one else can help.
The Bible is your guide to life. As you read its pages, you can find your mission, see what God's plan is for you, and become equipped for your future.
In it you see that you are to follow Jesus' example and be a light in the darkness. It's not about being busy or doing enough for God; instead it's about
fulfilling His specific plan for your life.
We have a call and a responsibility to hold forth the light in the nations of the world. Reaching the nations starts by honoring God and helping people in the midst of the daily grindat the grocery store, at your school, at your jobthe nations are at your doorstep.
Shake off the feeling of despair that tries to creep in. Life is tough, but God promises to deliver you from every problem every time (Psalm 34:9). God is looking for people who won't shrink back in fear but will run with the vision. As Winston Churchill said, "This is no time for ease and comfort. It is time to dare and endure." So dare to step out in God's plan for your life, dare to pray big prayers. And don't quit! When you reach the end of life and look back you will know that you have been obedient to the heavenly vision and accomplished the work God gave you to do (Acts 26:19; John 17:4).
