Don't Lose Heart.
As a believer in Jesus Christ, it is your destiny to occasionally go through periods of hardship. It is your opportunity when you encounter trials to count it all joy. The God we serve only does wondrous things. John 16:33; James 1:2; Psalm 72:18
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego in the fiery furnace said, "Hey, look. Our God, whom we serve, is able to deliver us out of this furnace;
. . . Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego came from the midst of the fire."
Daniel 3:17, 26
At Jericho, when the people heard the sound of the priests' trumpets, the people shouted with a great shout and the wall fell down flat! So the people took the city. With man it may be impossible, but not with God. Joshua 6:20; Matthew 19:26
To insecure Gideon, the Angel of the Lord said, "The Lord is with you, O valiant warrior." God sees you differently than you see yourself. There is a supernatural element that won't let you quit or back down. It's called "God in your life." God said to Gideon, "Surely I will be with you and you shall defeat Midian as one man." Wow! Judges 6:13, 16
What about Esther or Abraham or David? What about all these wild things that are beyond human ability? What are you facing right now? What is your mountain? Your giant? It might be impossible with man. It might break your heart. It might bewilder you. But I know what the Scripture says: "If we don't grow weary while doing good, in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Galatians
6:9
